Recovery of Full & Final from Company

11-Oct-2023 (In Corporate Law)
Hi, I left my last company about two years back and have been relentlessly pursuing to recovery of my previous dues. I have emails from their Head of Finance saying that salary will be paid but nothing has been done. Is there a legal recourse available in this respect?

Yes a legal strategy may be developed to claim your money. In ordee for me to charter a strategy for you, I will have to study the facts in detail. This is a common problem and companies mostly settle by clearing what is legitimately due and sometimes a little more if the fault on their end is evident.

YEs there is Legal Recourse, Since Head of Finance has already agreed liability on behalf of company, and vide email made clear that salary shall be paid, hence you can initiate recovery proceedings to recover your amount. For more details you may contact me.

Firstly, you need to send a legal notice through an Advocate and then subsequent to the legal notice wait for their reply which they are supposed to file within 15 days. If they fail to do so, you can further file a suit for recovery of your money with respect to your salary.
