Procedure to end partnership firm and freeze joint bank account

Me & my partners open a company. Join current account also open . He operate account by net banking . Initially he send me bank statement. But no he stoped to send me bank statement . I want to separate , but if I said for this I know he withdraw all money . What I do. I want to freeze accounts first then separated.

Whenever there is a company whereby the modus operendi of finance is in joint account then one should gothrough with legal ways to take better cure for his monetary rights apart from the relation blackmail.. please feel free to contact if need the case be handle by me.

you should file winding up of the company (if you are interested in totally closing the company) or a case for oppression and mismanagement if you only want to get your account freeze showing that some mismanagement is being committed by him.
