if a liquidator resigns, what is the procedure to appoint a new liquidator in case of creditor's windingup
Follow the same procedure which you have done in appointing first liquidator if he has appointed through the court then file an application before the court. If he has an appointed through the mutual consent of the parties through arbitration clause or meditation then go for it.
