we are online home delivery kitchen no dine in facility , police are forcing to close the business by 11 pm, govt guidelines unknown can police take action , the last gr had added hotels home delivery services swiggy zomato under essential services we serve on swiggy and zomato too, please advice what is our legal right
Well, since you are running an online Home Delivery Kitchen, it doesn't mean, that, you are supposed to run your Business 24/7, considering, Delivery Boys must have been coming at late night too to take Delivery Orders which must have been causing disturbance and nuisance to people living in your vicinity
