One of the director ran away with all the codes what action to take

We have formed a new company. This company is partnership based and there are 4 directors. One of the director has certain misunderstandings with other directors. It is a private limited company and has taken certain codes like website code etc. with him. Now we are facing a lot of trouble going forward. What action can we take against him?
