Non payment of Full & final settlement and service certificate

17-May-2023 (In Corporate Law)
Hi, I was Joined an MNC in April 2017. My tenure of working there was 13/04/2017 to 8/03/2019. When i joined, i had signed a service agreement for two year bond and in case if i left the job earlier i need to pay the bond amount rs.1,50,000. Now company has sent me a Full & final settlement notice in which they demand to pay the amount. Also they have hold my 60 day notice period salary and my service certificate. FYI bond signed was one sided and i need to quit the job due to my severe health issues which started occuring during the working tenure due to unbalanced routine of work.
