Non payment of consultancy fees of feb and March 2020

I m a doctor working on contract with a company They declared us to be on lwp since like lockdown started But have not paid my feb and March dues , always saying July sales are not encouraging no cash flow and reasons kindly guide

As you said, being a Doctor, you are working on contract with a company. So, before going out further to advice you legally, I just want to see that contract which was entered between you and the company. That will help me out to solve your problems.

see. you can seek to enforce your contract .. either in court or via arbitration.. depending on the terms of employment agreement. Chances are that a defence of the industry wide ramifications of the pandemic and general disrupting cash flows across the economy is a plausible one; however i think it's possible to push for some remedy if it's seriously jeopardizing your economic status...especially since you're a doctor. However it would be difficult to say with precision without a look at the contract itself.
