Need guidance to claim investment

sir, my name is and i am an inventor, i started a company in 2016,march. my company name is chitipirala energy and research pvt ltd.till now no any activities(sales and services),just i opened a company account.no transactions happened till now. but,now i get a investment from a foreign investor to start a power generation in my company.mount is 358.5 crores for 66 megawatt power plant.he asking 51% equity share and 75% profit share,and licence to start my method of power generation in us ,this is his offer,taxation also he will bare. in need support and guidance to claim my investment.and how to get it.r
