Mental harassment from EX Employee

My ex-employee is harassing me calling at my current workplace landline and passing wrong information about me. I have already received my experience letter but she is going too personal.
Didn't get you when you said - you got Experience Letter! How does it matter in your case? And, why she is harassing you ? Were you guys in affair? And, what kind of wrong information, only then, I can suggest you a proper legal remedy.

You can initiate action for harrassment. First thing to do would be to issue legal notice against such harrassment. You can also seek damages for harrassment in such notice. You may initiate civil suit or a criminal complaint (depending on facts, if things dont get resolved after legal notice.
