Mental Harassment and regular followups from previous organization

02-Nov-2023 (In Corporate Law)
I resigned from my previous company and joined a competitive organization. My previous organization A raised a non-compete clause that I signed and forced me to terminate my employment with my new company. I terminated that immediately considering legal clause. Now, after a month my same old company is again chasing me asking which new company I joined now. I really don't want to give them a name as I don't trust them. I am sure that my new company is not a competitive of the old one. I explained this to them but they are still following up and not willing to give any list of competitive companies from their side. This is giving me lot of mental pressure and I feel like getting harassed from them.

You can send them a legal notice for a civil relief or file a FIR for harassment and nuisance.
You are not obligated to disclose your new employers details unless that was part of your obligations agreed to under a previous contract.
