We have to start our chit fund company in Rajasthan .By collecting monthaly instalment and opening monthly draws. Please advise me for the above
First you have to register the company if you haven't done it already.
Then you have to apply for registration with the Registrar of Chits, Jaipur. As per my prior experiences, generally the need of registration arises because the police harasses the founders of these businesses by demanding "haftas" .
Incase there are issues with registration with the Registrar of Chits at the time being then too there are measures that can be taken so that the core issue of "haftas" by police can be effectively dealt with.
