Since the cause of action as well as the defendant reside in rajasthan., The jurisdiction lies with the appropriate court in rajasthan. Legal notice should be strong and appropriately worded. Contact me for the legal notice and I shall issue it on your behalf as legal notice can be sent from anywhere.

One can file the case against anyone at the place where the accused is residing or where the actual incident has happened.
Since in this case the partnership firm is located in Rajasthan and one of the partner who is no more was also residing in Rajasthan so the case against the partnership firm will come before courts of Rajasthan only and not before the courts of Delhi.
