Are the influncer & especially Advertising agency who take contract to Run ads for clients on Faceboook & google Liable in any way ,
Yes, Advertising Agencies and Influencers can be held liable for doing wrongful, false, bogus, misleading and illegal promotion of any Brand. Damages or Compensation can be sought from such Advertising Agencies and Influencers adopting unethical and unfair means to promote Betting Websites in India
