Investor Harassment for repayment of Investment

I and 2 others started a LLP company in August 2019. But due to covid lockdown we had irrecoverable financial losses and decided to shut down the company in November 2020. Now 1 of the partner who was sleeping partner cum investor asked to repay the invested amount, I agreed and signed a general agreement to repay but now he is harassing me and threatening me to repay the amount asap or else he will file case against me under economic offense . I want guidance to deal with this situation.
Not sure on how an investor can file an economic offense case and more so when you are a LLP.
