I'm planning to purchase goods from China, and supply them abroad as well. Am I allowed to set up a one person company for that purpose (given that the trade will take place abroad only, and not happen through India) ?
One person company is now allowed in India, earlier it was not. So yes you can do that. Also do note that even though trade is taking place from abroad to abroad you will nonetheless be liable to tax for your income in India. Please get in touch to take this further.
