I want to break software service agreement bond

I have signed on bond for company for 3.5 years. but i did not liked the job because there is no career growth in that company. But they have mentioned the bond like if you break the bond you have to compensate 350000 rs. I just joined 10 days back only. neither i trained or nor i paid by them is possible to break it ? what will happen if i break it?

Any bond, wilful restraint of employment is illegal in eyes of law.
If you are not feeling comfortable in the present employment, you should
a) submit your resignation,
b) complete your notice period and
move on.
No worries on the bond as companies cannot approach courts claiming damages from employees who are not willing to complete their employment with the employer.
