I need to get my investment amount back I don't how to approach

I have invested rs 2,10,000.00 in rental car business with a help of my friend nI received my profit amount in monthly basis for last 8 month investor not paying any profit amount and also invested amount
need to take legal action against hime... Claiming your invested amount back....First send Legal Notice...If he is not complying the notice ..Go head with filing a money recovery suit...or lodge a Police complaint...
