I have left distributorship & company not returning my money invested

I was an company's super stockist as I have left it and returned goods to company and they told me they will have me back my invested amount as an cheque but it's more than 3 months they aren't returning my invested money .They are not picking up calls or giving me further dates .
You can issue a legal notice demanding your money back. In case they failed to pay the amount within the stipulated time, we advise you to file a suit for recovery before the concerned Court. You may consult us for legal services.
