I am working as a HR officer in 26yr old company. I had worked for more than 3 yrs in this company. Yesterday I received a call from my immediate boss that I had been terminated with 1 month notice. I received an email with notice of separation reason being loss of business. My company strength is 1200 and in HO 50 employees are working. I asked by reverting on same mail Why only m the reason for business loss. If there is economic crises there should be massive layoff. My performance was always on top. Didn't receive any warning letter,show cause or no performance letter. So why this immediate termination. I am also responsible for running a family. Please suggest is this a valid termination ???
hello client as you said you have been terminated from the company who is 26 yrs old as your termination is totally illegal as per quidelines of minitry of home affairs.
in this regards you have protest against your comapany as it is a private company so you nees to file a perituon urgently in the high court the cancellation if the termination order released by the company. for getting it quashed.

it amounts to breach of the contract and wrongful termination.
The legal recourse available for you can be two modes:-
1. File a suit for breach of contract and wrongful termination.
2. File a complaint at the labour court for wrongful termination
Before that, you should send a legal notice to the employer either asking him to give you your job back or in alternative compensation for harrasment and undue enforcement.
