How to proceed independently in case of partnership company

i am one of the director in a Pvt Ltd organization. Currently we are in a strange situation where partners want to work independently with their projects and bear the profit and losses as independently as well. Partners agreed to this proposal but can we run a Pvt ltd organization like this and if yes then how to proceed further.
Call them for a meeting and share the AOA and MOA, so that all the partners are aware of the scope of their work and company values. this will help them understand the consequences also for not following.
