How to claim full and final payment from previous company

HI, I have to get my Full and final amount from my last company (software payroll company (PVT ltd)), they failed to deposit in time and even now they are taking long time to make payment, please let me know what action i need to take for further getting my F&F and i need justice for that
In such a situation one can initiate a Civil Suit for recovery of dues as well claim interest in the form of damages.
However, if the court process is taken then the period in which the dues can be recovered can be sizable due to the timelines of the court.
Hence, as a first step, it is advisable to send a Legal Notice so as to inform them that the legal proceedings shall be initiated.

How much is the due amount? Please issue a legal notice immediately asking the Company to pay, if things do not work out with the legal notice you have to be moving to the courts for a recovery. You can initiate proceedings before the civil, labour, criminal and comp. tribunals based on the specifics of your case.
