How to cancel the provident fund registration ?

There is a company which got a provident fund registration for its employees .Now all the employees have resigned from the firm but the company still exits .Can the provident fund registration get cancelled / surrendered or de-registered in any manner because there are no employee in the firm so now the firm wants to give away the registration which they made for them?

If you have not been served your provident fund, then kindly meet your advocate who deals in labour cases... Well you should be very much sure whether the company is going to wind up or not because it is very much essential before winding up any company 2 release his debits and credits as per requirement before winding up....

In normal circumstances if you have been once registered under the EPF Act for the disbursal of Provident Fund to your employees then you can't get your EPF registration cancelled. But since in your case none of the worker now works in the company so you can apply before the PF Office for your deregistration. For further information you should approach the regional PF office of your location.
