Hotel provided with garbage water want to sue them

I stayed at an OYO property and they provided me with shit water and I found a bone in very food. I want to sue them.
Please take note of following -
1. You need to send them a legal notice asking for the damages against the poor facility provided by them.
2. If they refuse to honour your legal notice then drag them before the consumer court.
However you need to collect all the relevant documents to contest this case.

Sure if you are not satisfied with their services you can certainly sue OYO and the hotel you stayed at. Do provide more details and the booking/ final invoice. Have you saved the details of the online booking for the stay? You should start with a legal notice first before approaching the consumer court.

You can definitely sue them before consumer forum for deficiency in service. Keep the records your stay. File a complaint in District Consumer forum stipulating each instance of problem faced by you. Filing of complaint is easy you can donit your self as well.
