Please take note of following -
1. If the company is a public undertaking then you can complain about the same in government office (central or state as per the entity).
2. If the company is a public limited company listed in any stock exchange then you can complain about the same with the Ministry of Labour and Welfare Association.
3. If the company is a private entity or a start-up or any other registered, unregistered entity then you can send them a legal notice for their unruly behavior asking them to mend their ways and then if they do any sort of harm to you then you can drag them into Labour court.

Dear Querist

As per the brief provided by you I can understand that the company has been putting a lot of pressure on targets and asking you to work till late. Now, the only thing which you have mentioned which may actually lead to sexual harassment at workplace is use of abusive language. There are certain other factors which tags along with the whole situation which might be helpful to provide a proper answer.

Nonetheless, if you have an Internal complaint committee to address to sexual harassment issues then you should approach it otherwise let us know and we can help you further.

Depending on the company you are working for ,you can take several steps , like taking the matter to your Human Resources Department or Grievance Redressal cell in your company ,if these Departments are there in your company. Alternatively a notice can be sent to the company

The solution to your problem will begin from submitting a complaint to your senior with copies to subsequent heads
You must collect evidence in the form of voice records on phone or otherwise to substantiate the claims
Once you collected the evidence and representation(s)
You can invoke labour laws in your favour
Before that these are just claims and there is no perusal of justice and ending of your woes
