Sir I have MSc nursing in medical surgical subject passed & experience 1 year Can I start my own clinic or dispensary in rural areas of India legally? What I do guide me? I want to open own clinic
You cannot open your own clinic on the basis of your degree. You will have to obtain a doctor or an MbBs on employment roll to get a clinic startes. There are rules to that effect.
Also every state has some minor difference in its rules.
