Forced relocation and false information about period of relocation

My friend belongs to South India and was forced to relocate to Noida. She was told that she'll have training for 2 months after which relocation is done. But it's been more than 5 months and she is not able to stay here. When asked for release from the project got negative response from the Manager.

folks, your query is not clear, please tell whether she has been transferred to Noida or still in Bangalore ? all the communication regarding her relocation is must be in written you can attach the same and also her current situation where is she, and have completed her training or not ? than only query can be answered.
