For salary issues emp has approached PS and registered FIR and the issue is fixed with compromise between, but the FIR is not taken back now employees are out of contact. But we getting calls from PS what should we do now.
An FIR cannot be withdrawn but can only be quashed by the High Court. If there was a compromise, do you have any documentation? Using that documentation you can ask the High Court to quash the FIR even in the absence of the employee/ complainant.
