Director limit the power of other director in a firm with 2 directors

Qn..can one director remove or restrict the powers of the other director of a Pvt. Co. Having only two directors
No the same cannot be done on Adhoc basis. As the company formation requires min 2 directors hence if one removes the director he also has to make provision of the new addition of the director however the removal of director is taken up on seperate grounds.

no as the directors have equal powers for a company so either of the directors cant restrict or remove the powers of the other director as per the corporate law the directors have equal powers for a particular company
