Didnt serve notice and now employer not giving reliving letter

06-Sep-2023 (In Corporate Law)
Hi, I had worked for a company for two months and then I left without serving 2 months of service period. Now my new employer on mentioning this matter said not to give this reliving letter. But my question is it is going to harm me in the future? What if old employer sue my new employer over this matter?

Why your old employee has to sue your new employee on what grounds ? Why you are so conscious about it have you committed any unlawful act in your old company ? if not then nothing to worry you have to go through the offer letter given by your old company and has to check about your liability towards company for leaving it without notice period and if it is mandatory you have to comply if you think old employee may take action against you and not on your new employee.
