Compounding of offence u/s 266C of Companies Act, 2013

An application u/s 266C of Companies Act, 1956 for Compounding of offence for possession more than one DIN filed in 2015 and now i got a letter from RD(NR) to attend the hearing so please tell me what to be do there and what is the process for compounding??
In which act the above mentioned case be processed, as per 1956 or 2013??
