Company not Releasing the payment where payment cycle is 45 days and

Hello I m vendor of third party logistics group where I supply vehicles and manpower to company i dont have an registered aggiment with firm all my financial billing done with mails only my payment cycle is 45 days but 90days gone still my 2 month bill not released ..there is some problem with cash where in office but I am ready to take loss amount and I requested to release remaining amount but after clearing every time data company not releasing payment due to which my employee and me suffering lot of from financial problems help me what to do next step?
If email bills is practice you have been following and same has been honored in the past by the said logistics group, you have a good case for recovery. Can initiate with legal (demand) notice. In case you wish to continue relationship with said group, strategy could be little different
