Company has put false allegations and now asking for money

Below are the some points:- I have resigned on 25 April and as per the letter i have serve the notice till 25 june but company has banned my entry in the factory premises on 1may i have mailed asking the reason they diverted the subject to the other subject that i have deleted the data in the laptop. After continuos mails they have done F&F in which after manipulating they are asking me that i have to pay 8k to the company. In mail they are telling that i have deleted the data whereas i have submitted whatever was me.
If they have sent you a legal notice in respect to this then you need to strongly refute back to it. Or else you need to send a legal notice refuting their claim and asking for your valid due otherwise their stand will succeed and they may come with a case against you which will surely destroy your career forever. Be quick at reacting to this situation otherwise you are in big trouble.

I suggest you consider sending them a strongly worded email. If they do not reply back or send a negative reply we can send them a legal notice.
