College not refunding fees after taking off my admission what to do

I have taken admission in Galgotias University Delhi in 2016 but due to some problem I have taken admission back in time also I have filed refund of my fees which includes 60000 of tuition fees and 85000 of hostel fees but they haven't refunded my money back & this is a year passed so please give me the right advice to get my money . What should i do ?

You should on immediate basis send them a legal notice for the said refund and if they still fail to refund you the money you should file a FIR against them and also file a civil suit for recovery.

After following refund procedure of the University, if you do not get your fees refunded, then you should send a proper legal notice to the concern authority of the University. If they still don't take any action, you should approach appropriate legal forum by filing a case.
