Certain company servicing clients without license unhealty competition

18-Feb-2023 (In Corporate Law)

My issue is with a public company in India. My firm, a private limited, uses its services to reach customers. We have authorised licensing to serve those kind of customer. However, it also provides the same kind of services to clients, which are not authorised to do such kind of business, which means it serves even those people or firms, who doesn't have permission from Higher govt authorities. it leads to unhealthy competition & affects my business. It does not do a license check of organizations it serves & promotes illegal activities. Do i have a case here?

You can write us in detail and the sector you are operating for us to go to the detail and advice you properly.
And the quick note - functioning without license is surely an offence. But we need to understand the sector you are referring.
