Can Additional director close the company and file STK4 form?
An additional director can perform all the functions of a Director under the Companies Act, 2013. However to close down a company, Company needs to follow the procedure of winding up under the companies act, 2013 and/or insolvency and bankruptcy code, 2016 as applicable to the facts and circumstances of each case.
