A pvt co had declared VRS circular in plain white paper and other than company letter head ?What is the intention behind that?Can this VRS to be injunct by court

Any communication by a company in a plain white paper is invalid. Therefore, you can oppose such stand made by the company and make a complaint to ROC and thereafter take appropriate legal steps before National Company Law Tribunal based on the documents you possess and the prevailing circumstances of the company.
