CA registered without permission as director of company

I had a dispute with my CA Firm who have registered my 1st private limited company and they knowingly registered me as a director of a company without my consent. I have not signed on any papers to register myself as a director to that company. What can i do?

Hello Client,
i have read your question ,As per your question you have been cheated by your C A .IN this case you have move to legal remedies so you should not be in trouble in any so so should move immidiately file a criminal complaint against your CA and his misconduct which he has done with you ,

You must send intimation of the same to the registrar of the company. You must brief all the facts in that intimation and also mention that your consent was not obtained by the company and also you will not be liable for any acts of the company.

I don't see anything wrong of you have been appointed as the director of the company in which it was you who has invested the money or it was you who has taken the initiative to start that company. Rather becoming a director of any company is a good thing as that will entitle you take charge of the company and its affairs.
But still if you do not wish to be a director of the company all you have to do is to resign from your post and then intimate it to the ROC of Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Further to this, if you want to drag this issue on a higher level then you can approach the NCLT challenging your appointment as a director as fraud accusing the CA.
