BBMP order for closure 4wheeler Servicing Washing Center

Immediate neighbour demanded closure objection against sound smell
disturbance successfully running for 3 years. Not willing for consent for licence,for 2nd term of 3 years.
What can be done in this situation? Can we take legal recourse in this matter? We have not been given any
opportunity to put forth our case.
Since we have invested lot of capital how do we take it forward now?
Please advice in this matter.

You can file a case against the Order of the BBMP rejecting your license. You can definitely take legal recourse in the matter. But does the Notice refer to your neighbour's complaint? Did you receive any Notice or only rejection for extension of license?
