Hello Team, nnI came across one word by the name SPACES. This single word is Registered Trademark by one company. This company sells Home Fabrics. nnMy question is If Someone is into the business of selling Real Estate or Properties, can he use the word SPACES in his firm name. For example ELEGANT SPACES. Will there be any legal issues on using the specific word. Kindly assist
