Someone using franchisee name under false identity resulting in losses

i have a preschool business and some one else is using franchisee name that i have. he has listed his business under false name in google maps which is resulting in financial loss to me. what should i do?

You can take legal action under Trademark Law and Common Law of passing off by sending notices to the erring person and even Google for delisting the business on Google maps. Furthermore, there is an option to report a listing on Google maps, please do that if you haven't done it already.

dear reader, I can very well understand your business loss, that's why it is always advisable to get the trademark aswellas wordmark registered for future benefit and financial losses. Now in my opinion you should get the trademark registered and while the application is pending serve a passing of trademark notice.

Dear User, After reading your Query, I am on the conclusion that you should immediately go for the Trademark Registration and secure your Business Name. After the Name is registered you can file a Notice for Infringement on the Another person.

Hi, here have to see that who have a trademark with that school or who applied earliest. Some of your document also helps to make seniority but having the trademark registration is much better. So requested to you to get trademark certificate. If you have trademark then can make a criminal and civil both type of cases against him.
