Sharing copyright material even after warning

I am a Teacher online. Even though I have instructed to not to share any videos public, some students share it on purpose illegally. This is paid content. Under what section I can file a case against them?

Even though it's paid content the question is whether there's any copyright registered. And, did the students or users in general made an agreement with you as to not to share the contents? Or did you give instructions against sharing your videos to the users? In such case you can send a legal notice through a lawyer, and proceed further.
