I have a online company which delivers boxes of roses as customized by the customer called "Lush". I have found several new companies of similar types copying my logo. What do I do to stop them from doing so.

You should send a Legal Notice immediately asking them to stop using your mark "Lush". Thereafter, you can file a suit for infringement if you have got Trademark registration for the mark "Lush". If you do not have the trademark registration, then you can file a suit for passing off. Additionally, its advised that you check if any of your competitors have applied for registration of the mark which is similar to your mark. If any of them have applied for registration of the conflicting mark, then you can oppose such registration by filing Opposition to such Application.
