You cannot sell the copyrighted poster. You may be able to host on your website depending on the facts as to for what purpose you are using the poster. The use of copyrighted material requires permission and acknowledgement of the owner and his rights.

You do not have any right to print or sell the posters of any TV series or movies because firstly you have to take permission from the authority letter of the TV series and movies.

Before adverting to your response, it needs to be examined whether the content to be published on your website falls within the safe harbor clause or not. Further, as per the recent judgments of Apex court even photographs are declared as entitled for copyrights protection. Copying the image and using it without permission is against the law. Copyright is the legal protection extended to authors or owners of original published and unpublished artistic and intellectual works. You can't get copyright and licence over already copyrighted material, you have to create a new material or substance to get it copyrighted under the Copyright act.
If your company engages in the practice of using photos without permission – or has from time to time “borrowed” images from other sites – you are putting your company at risk of copyright infringement. As to your last question of what is the process to get licence to these posters and print and sell them on my website? One way of the authorised use these posters is taking the permission from the original owner and if necessary pay him licence fee other smart way is change the poster in such a way that it becomes a new copyright-able material and you become the owner.
