What to do when builder has allotted a already occupied parking space

Builder has allotted me parking which already occupied by some one . Builder knows all issue still he allotted these parking
Dear,
Please understand that, builder can not sale the parking space or allot the parking space to the flat purchasers by way of accepting consideration for the same. It is illegal.
Further, in this case you can file criminal complaint against the builder or you can approch the consumer courts as well.
If he has accepted any consideration amount for the same, you can file criminal complaint against him.
