What to do if dealer not refunding the booking amount I paid to him ?

Hello sir /Mam, I have given token to local car dealer for a used vehicle car, but the dealer has sold the car to other third party without informing me and as i am asking him to refund my booking amout he refused to refund me..what should i do now..?i have the booking receipt from the dealer..

You have to approach any lawyer ,how has practising in consumer court ,here we have two options file a consumer case as well as criminal case ,in criminal case you can file fraud and breach of contractor

Dear duped purchaser, It is advisable to first send the dealer a legal notice on basis of the booking receipt calling him upon to refund the amount paid by you to him. Shall the dealer not reciprocate, you shall prosecute him by initiating recovery proceedings.

In this matter firstly you have to send notice regarding refund the booking amount then after dealer not given booking amount in specified time given in notice then you have to file compliant under consumer protection act in cosumer Forum.
