Sir, The facts of your complaint are in place here, however it depends upon the nature of the dispute which has arisen between you and the alleged company. Initially it looks like you have entered into an agreement with the company to make donas for the company for which you would have been paid though the company did not fulfill their part of the contract. If What I wrote herein is correct that you shall file a civil case against the company with the help of a lawyer so that the court can bind the company to perform their part of the contract.

Send them a legal notice claiming damages, harassment charges and the loss incurred by you.
In case, they fail to reply, you can approach the Court.
You can also file a complaint to the Police for cheating and proceed to lodge a FIR.

Firstly you need to clarify on the point whether you purchased the said machine for your private purposes or commercial purposes. If the said machine has been purchased for commercial purpose, you shall approach a court of appropriate jurisdiction. If it for your private purpose and the manager has violated the terms of the contract/agreement, you may approach the appropriate consumer forum.
