Want to cancel admission but college not giving original documents

I am a 2nd yr physiotherapy student.i want to cancel my admission.i want my documents back.what should i do if they ask me to pay full fees for remaining years.College is not having full staff.that is the reason to cancel my admission
File a police complaint as your original documents such as birt certificate, marksheet and LC and caste certificate are your personal documents and cannot be withheld by anybody.
It's a pure criminal act what they are doing and how can you pay the fees for the years when not studied. It's extortion of money in lieu of documents. File complaint with police and see any evidence which you can collect.
Also complain to medical board and minister regarding staff.
