TV failure within a month's usage

26-Nov-2025 (In Consumer Court Law)
My brand new TV stopped working in little over a month's time. On inspection by technician it was found to be a power board failure issue. The power board failure in a new TV is clearly a manufacturing defect and a major fault. The company has been pushing for repair. Performing a major electrical repair defeats the purpose of purchasing a new unit. I have asked for a replacement and they have stopped replying to my emails and messages. How successful will it be if I file a case with the court?
