remedies available on the purchase of a faulty phone

i have purchased a new mobile in april 2018. its hangs alot. i have visited service center 3 times. when i complain to care they said we can only guarantee for in built app. we can not do anything if phone is hanging in other third party apps.Phone is hanging in in build apps too is there legal help for me in this case

Make a written complaint mention ing there in the previous comolaints and demands a new phone or tge amount of phone with compentation.
Gave a time of 15 days to resove the issue.
After that if problem persists you may File a complain before theconsumer court.

Please raised a complaint against service center in the head office, thereafter if solution is not got then you file case in consumer court. In application file to consumer court attached bill and service center complaint evidence.
