Regarding to degree certificate

My college does not provide my degree from the university . I cleared all subjects and fee criteria . They even does not talk to me. In this situation, what can i do .
First of all you need to send a legal notice to your college and if they does not give the degree to you then you may file a criminal complaint as well as consumer complaint against the college. You can contact me for any other assistance.
